25 Aug 06 Twin 5 Audi

A real fun car (not a pure hardcore dragster!) should have around 1000 BHP and weighing less than 1300 kg. So to keep the maintenance on a reasonable level, I’d use two of Audi’s renowned 5 cylinder engines. One in the front and one in the back. A modified Quattro drive train would connect the engines. It seems the double-clutch S-tronic gearbox is not made for more than 300 HP, yet. I would opt for it if it could handle about 500 HP because I’m just not a fan of the classic automatic transmission. This car would not only fly on the drag strip but also have an excellent handling due to the perfect distribution of weight and the all wheel drive!
